Back in 2016 when I started BoxMate I never would have imagined a day where it would be anything other than “BoxMate” (The name that was born from a 2 minute whatsapp group chat full of CrossFitters). That is, until recently, when we started to look at the future of the platform and how we can continue to make it the best possible tool for our community of providers and your community of members.

That is why I am excited to announce that as of today, BoxMate is now TeamUp Perform.

Same product. Stronger team. New era.

For new customers, our platform can now quickly and easily be installed from directly inside TeamUp as an add-on and charged alongside your existing bill. That means, there is no more managing separate logins or accounts!

TeamUp staff users can open Perform (previously BoxMate) in a new tab, already logged in and ready to go for access to programming, communications, and more (Coming to existing customers later this year)

Members now simply download the app and log in with their TeamUp account to access their daily sessions and log scores as well as interact with the community and manage all their TeamUp bookings.

The most exciting updates are yet to come. With this new add-on structure, a completely seamless login & account creation experience, and merged product, support, and onboarding teams, we have laid the foundations for Perform to be the absolute strongest platform for engaging and retaining your members through performance & workout tracking plus community engagement.

Today, we’re also thrilled to be launching PerformAI: A system-wide AI implementation designed to save you time, surface new insights, and help you create better programming and content for your members.
